  1. - Please read the "Guide to Applications for Trial" and "Requirements for Application on Trial of New Energy Vehicles" before applying.
  2. - For on-line submission of application, digital certificate of the applicant is required. The digital certificate shall be issued by a recognised certification authority in Hong Kong . If you do not have a digital certificate, please fill in the application form on-line and print it out for signature, and then submit the signed application form together with the necessary supporting documents by email to netf@eeb.gov.hk, or by post or in person to the Environmental Protection Department, 33/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong
