APPLICATION FOR CLOSURE OR REINSTATEMENT OF AN ACCOUNT / DELETION OF REGISTERED VEHICLE(S) / REFUND OF DEPOSIT OR OVERPAID WASTE DISPOSAL CHARGES

Important Information

The total file size of all attachment file(s) for each submission of e-Form should be below 20 MB.
When you submit your application, please attach the following documents with the completed e-Form
- Copy of your H.K. Identity Card or passport or Certificate of Incorporation (if the registered owner is a limited company).
- Copy of valid vehicle registration document (both sides) of each of the vehicles listed in Section II.
- Copy of address proof and/ or correspondence address proof (e.g. electricity bill, water bill) that is issued within the last three months from the application date.
- Photograph of each vehicle.
When you submit an application for change of mailing/ correspondence address, please attach a copy of address proof and/ or correspondence address proof (e.g., electricity bill/ water bill) that is issued within the last three months from the application date.
The application will be processed once EPD receives all essential supporting documents.
For applications involving a refund of the deposit, please submit the signed and/or stamped original copy of the application form by post/in-person to the EPD office (Address: 88 Victoria Road, Kennedy Town) for processing the application.
