  2. For the application directly submitted to EPD (i.e. Bus and Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV)), the applicant should submit the completed application form through this web page. Subsequently, all the supporting documents stored in two CD-ROMS or DVDs should be submitted to EPD by post or in person within 2 working days.
