Any business registered in Hong Kong involved in recycling related operation for at least 1 year prior to application submission, is eligible to apply; for details please refer to eligibility for the Enterprise Support Programme. Any statutory organization or non-profit-distributing organization established and registered under the laws of Hong Kong, in support of the local recycling industry is also eligible; for details please refer to eligibility for the Industry Support Programme.
